Ok! Then I'll get in touch with them.
You mentioned something about HID drivers (is it Human Interface Device Drivers?... i'm actually not familiar with that term but I looked for it). Are they only to USB devices, or can they be used in another applications? Do you know where I can find info about them? Maybe I won't use that in this project, but it might be useful some other time.

Antonio,
HID drivers are only for USB devices
The QNX USB TDK (free to download from QNX website if you have a commercial license) + supporting documentation describes how they work and interface with the USB driver.
They won't be useful for you unless you are going with USB which you won't be because it's too slow for your purposes.
