Hello all,
Does anyone know how to disable the right click context menu of the photon shelf? I'd like to keep certain users from editing or exiting their shelf. I have the permissions setup so that any changes they make are only temporary but I just want to be able to prevent them from being presented with the option to alter their shelf.

Hello Scott,
Please check description of Photon Window Manager in Utilities Reference.
There is option -W -- Disable the workspace menu:
pwm –W
