it seems like if there is no network connection, when system boots, netmanager write the 'mode manual' into the net.cfg file, then next time u boot even with network connection, i had few times that netmanager still put 'mode manual' in the net.cfg file.
This creates a problem that the machine doesnt have a unique hostname unless user specicially use phlip to change the mode to DHCP. |
