Please can any one let me know about how to register an ethernet device in QNX4.

Network ddk for qnx4 was never published as I know.
So the interface of Net is not available in form of headers and libraries.
Only one source of useful information about Net internals you can find in NetRaw utility code. http://quics.qnx.com/cgi-bin/dir_find.cgi?/usr/free/qnx4/os/net/

With QNX4 your only option is the Net.fd. check the doc under /etc/readme
