Is there a port of ntp tools (like ntpdate, ntpd, ...) on QNX 6 and where
can i found it ?

QNX 6.3 comes with the ntp suite installed.

I am having much trouble configuring it, though.

ntptrace and ntpdate seem to work fine, but ntpd will not sync. considers
every peer 'rejected'.

Propably you need to check the ntp.cfg file for ntpd, as it get the peer information from there.
