Hi,

Can anyone please tell me where to download sshd for QNX 6.2.1? and how to install it in QNX?

Should be on the "3rd party" CDROM:
http://www.qnx.com/download/feature.html?programid=9978

To install it, use the default installer program. Then I think you
might have to run /opt/etc/ssh-genkeys.sh.
