Hi,

Is there any limitation for a size of the OS image (.ifs) ?

What platform?
ARM has a limit of ~24MB.

What is about the ppcbe targets?

Jacek,

It will depend on the amount of RAM you have available on the target and
the address you download the image to ([image=0x...]).
