Hi all,

I'm porting porting program orginaly developed for qnx4. One of it's
purpose is to watch porcesses.
And if some process is enormously consuming cpu, memory or open too many
file descriptors it restart porocess.
For this purpose it use functions: qnx_psinfo (process information) and
qnx_fd_query (file descriptors information)
