Post subject: Invalid Key Problem

I have not been able to determine if this issue has been resolved. I have a
similar problem on a new AMD Turion64 HP Notebook. When I run the installer
and run from the CD the date is reported as back in 1970, so it looks like
my system date isn't being read correctly.
I tried to set the time from QNX but it didn't effect my BIOS, not suprise
but I figured I would give it a try.
The license key works just fine on this same computer but running from
within a VMWare machine.
The one thing that I do know I did was run from the CD first. Does this
write "Anything" to the local hard drive? If so maybe there is an issue
with a license file written at that time.
Any and all help is appreciated.
