Hi,
I am a novice user in QNX. I would like to get a few information about running java applications in qnx.
Is J9- JVM for qnx - freely available for download ? Is the jvm for linux suitable for qnx also??
My search for WSDD for qnx(read somewhere that WSDD itslf has J9 in it) ended up in WSDD for Linux..Is it compatible with qnx also??
Thanks

QNX and Linux are not binary compatibly. It is often compatible at the source level but not 100%.
If you look hard J9 is available (do a search on openqnx I think there is a thread than mentions how to get it). I'm not sure how the licensing work though.
There are other commercially VM available as well. |
