What is difference between both startup codes ?
Is it described somewhere ?

The standard startup-bios uses 64 bit paddr_t's so that we can handle
systems with RAM above the 4G line. Since it's about 2K bigger and that
might introduce image size problems, we created a startup-bios-32 with
32-bit paddr_t's for those who need it.
