Post subject: usb-i2c recommendations?  PostPosted: Jun 25, 2007 - 09:08 PM

I'm looking to interface serveral I2C sensors to an EFIKA (very similar to
Motorola's Lite5200). The I2C Busses from the PPC5200 are not brought out
to pins, so I'm thinking that an external (USB) I2C driver, such as the
http://www.dimax.com.ua/i2c_usb/u2c12.shtml or
http://www.robot-electronics.co.uk/shop/Serial_Interface2110.htm
would be easy, from a software point of view. I don't see anything like
this on QNX's supported hardware pages - any suggestions on which one or
one(s) might be easier to make a resource manager for?

Thanks!
