I am looking for a touchscreen that will work under QNX6.3, hopefully
somebody can help.

I have a fairly old SRM-121AW/T-R121B that I just cannot get to work.

As far as I know T-R121B (and some other touchscreens for IEI
workstations etc.) come with eGalax controllers.
There is protocol description, look at
http://www.eeti.com.tw/web20/eg/guide.htm . It's quite simple.
Or, try input ddk source at http://artsmo.narod.ru/src/input-ddk.tar.gz
(src/hardware/egalaxy)

3M's Mircotouch works well.
