Post subject: How to install QNX 6.3.2 onto new notebook with SATA HDD?  PostPosted: Dec 17, 2007 - 06:01 PM
Guest

I'm not able to boot from neither CD nor HDD; both are SATA. I may set SATA
as Enhanced or Compatible, AHCI enabled or disabled in BIOS; it doesn't
matter.

I've tried several Install CDs, also up-to-date downloadable ISO, but it
can't boot. Boot process finish at the MBR loader. If I put the HDD into the
desktop machine, I'm able to install QNX (cloning from other SATA HDD) and
boot from it. But I'm not in the notebook.
