Start Photon Without pwm, shelf, bkgdmgr, saver ?

My embedded app does not require / want the Photon desktop. My Photon app
controls the entire screen immediately upon startup.
What is the cleanest ("proper") way to start QNX 6.3.2 with Photon but
without the desktop (i.e. w/o 'pwm', 'shelf', bckdmgr', 'saver').
