Many sites (including openqnx) reported the official release of QNX 6.2.1 NC in the past. Some users have been questioning whether it is really official. It is real this time. The official download URL is http://download.qnx.com/d_manager/d_man.php

Leaked? But why is it available from http://www.qnx.com/eval/index.html - that's where you get sent to when you click the "free 30 day trial" ad on the www.qnx.com homepage. I followed the official web route, filled out all the forms with personal info etc, just a few hours ago, and was sent by the website to download the 6.2.1 NC ISO - I got one with MD5 0489c116af49f3aca814df33a6a3e13e
I wasn't aware I should be downloading a different version, or that it was unofficial. The site gave me an MD5 sum to check my download, and it matched. Seemed as official as it could be, given they wouldn't let me download any other version.
I followed the link http://download.qnx.com/download/qnxnc621.iso but the ISO file is not there! Looks like something changed again. This whole 6.2.1NC thing is becoming a mess. I have a feeling this is NOT the final version yet. In the past, NC release usually came with a PR or something but this hasn't happened this time yet. I won't be surprised if they decide to officially release it during some upcoming event, say, ESC/SF.
Nah, it has been moved into a traffic management arragment. I just tried to download it via the forms and you get a page telling you that the traffic is too high right, bookmark this link and come back later.
I was about 95% done when they cut the ISO file and replaced it with their "download manager" http://download.qnx.com/d_manager/d_man.php
this download manager is not friendly to my client download manager and I can't "resume" my download at 95%. Oh well, have to download from 0 again. Be aware, modem users...
I can't download the new 6.2.1 CD ISO now (unless someone puts up a mirror on a resumable server), because I'm on 56k and UUNet disconnects non-business 56k users every four hours.

I am wondering why QSS didn't compress the qnxnc621.iso.
A quick gzip test shows 35M size reduction, which is more than 10% of the original size (248M)! I am sure bzip2 will even give more compression, but 35M is already a lot for us 56k modem users.

I agree the old ISO is probably no good because, just as the 6.2.0, it still misses the /lib/libcpp.so.2a.
