Workspace 0.5A Released

Michel Belanger released Workspace 0.5A at http://pages.infinit.net/micbel/.This is the first version that is compiled over QNX 6.2.

Alchemy Solutions Driver Information Reference Design Kit

AMD today extends the Alchemy support base even further by introducing the Alchemy Solutions Driver Information Reference Design Kit (RDK) based on QNX Neutrino RTOS. The Driver Information RDK is a tailored, flexible tool to aid the development of software and hardware applications for automotive navigation/entertainment devices.

RandR Support on XFree86 4.3

Great news for those people using XFree86 on QNX. Keith Packard committed a new extension to XFree86, called RandR. XFree86 4.3 will have the ability to truly resize rotate, reflect and change the refresh rate of each screen of an X display on the fly.
