There are a few of us around who used QNX 2/3.xx for many years.

What do you need to know?

1) Can one purchase a bootable diskette, 5.25 or 3.5.

2)I'm looking for some one that can provide solid consultation.

1) This can be a tricky question. If you are seeking to buy a license to use it, you will have to ask QNX.
They are unlikely to want to do this unless you already have system(s) you need to support. If you already have a working system, you might just need some instructions on how to make the diskette.

2) As Ken suggested, there are a few of us still around. Ken is very good. I think Mario might do this kind of work, and I do too. There are probably others who have skipped my mind for the moment. You might want to choose based on geography. Mario is in Canada, I'm in San Francisco, and Ken is still in Vancouver Washington I believe.

Thanks for the voucher, Mitchell. You've got one or two years more QNX
experience than I do.

Mitchell and Mario are both very good too.

I wonder how many QNX employees still know anything about QNX2?

Ken, what's one or two years when you've got more than 20 under your belt?

...and some of us are still shipping product with Qnx2. Only a few per year, mostly to replace failed hardware, but still shipping none the less.

My knowledge of QNX2 is very limited ;-)

Ken,

Try "pidin tsk" on 6.3. Really, few will get the humor, but those that can should.

Ha! And I thought QNXers had lost their legacy sense of humor.
