Is there a way to add text items in a grid, as in the case of PtList we have the API PtListAddItems()?

PtGrid is graphic widget only, so you can't add text to the grid like a PtList. If you're trying to display a chart or spreadsheet, have a look at this post which includes an example of a spreadsheet using a tree widget: http://www.openqnx.com/index.php?name=P ... highlight=
