help in USB on QNX 4

i am a a new QNX User

I want to Install a USB Stick for QNX4.25 but i didnot Find The io-usb or Fsys.umass or usb on my /bin directory

any help ?
how can I find and download these drivers ?

thanx master i download the drivers
but i still can not read the usb flash disk
here what i did and the result

1- # io-usb

add /dev/usb

2- #usb
usb 0 (ECHI) v1.10 v1.01 DDK, v1.01 HCD
Device Address :1
Vendor :0x0a16 (TREK)
Product : 0x9005 (TD2SMART hhhhhh)
calss :0x00 (independent per interface)

usb 1 (ECHI) v1.10 v1.01 DDK, v1.01 HCD
usb 2 (ECHI) v1.10 v1.01 DDK, v1.01 HCD
usb 3 (ECHI) v1.10 v1.01 DDK, v1.01 HCD


#Fsys.umass & or Fsys.umass fsys -n0=hd_usb &
%1 +25289 Running Fsys.umass
path=0 -QNX USB Storage
traget=0 lun=0 Direct-Acess (0) - TREK2000 TD-G3 Rev:2.20

and add nothing to /dev

#mount -p /dev/hd1
mount -p : open () on /dev/hd1 faild :No such file or directory


what is not ok with my commands could you help me

it works with the follwing commands

#io-usb &
#Fsys.umass -v fsys -Nusb -nusb0 &
#slay Fatfsys
#mount -p /dev/usb0
#Fatfsys

The Drive Shows as /dos/c

This Script works with 512MB and 2GB flash Disks
but does not work with above 2GB flashs and show Error meessage in mount Command

any Reason for that ?
