send_arp / raw packets

Has anyone ported send_arp to NTO?

Failing that, what is the official/supported way of sending raw ethernet
packets?

We want to be able to send our own hand-crafted ARP packets.

I don't know if it was ever officially released, but
you might ask your sales rep about the 'nraw' io-net
filter. It lets you open(), read(), write()
/dev/io-net/en0
