Is there an easy way to find a file on the hard drive? I know the file is
on the drive but I can't find it.

ws 3:/ l=20 +l

Assuming you're on the default hard drive mount of 3:
If you've got a hierarchy more than 20 levels deep, you might need
to boost the l=20 parameter higher.
